I am thankful to readers who have cited some minor bugs and requested some changes in our earlier release of Talian SEO Theme here. Below are some changes for your references.

  • Fixing up IE compatibility issues in menu and page templates. (i wonder still many people use Internet Explorer)
  • Added more monetizing options, adding adsense together with affiliate ads, referrals in posts, pages, single post and sidebars. people requested me for 200×200 banner sizes as well as they wish to adjust the height of center banner, now it more flexible.
  • Wider menu, people who have many links can be added now.
  • Header description issue fixed, will accommodate more words in subtitle, lots of people are using long descriptions

I am currently using Talian 1.0 and the main issue with it is link categories do not show up. Have you addressed this please? No matter what link category selected, there is never a link distinciton. Otherwise, it’s a great theme, well done.

You are correct regarding Internet Explorer, but if you were wondering if anyone still uses it, now you know there is someone, I still do sometimes!

thanks for visiting my blog. the version 2.10 is having a custom link page, you can move all your blogroll links to a single page. All you need to create a Page called “Blogroll” or “links” using page template. It will automatically appear. please visit Talian Support and check this tutorial adding a custom link page to Talian.

Hello Steve,
Undoubtedly, Talian is a lovely theme but I have one issue. How can I put Image to Header if I dont want text heading and discription? same like this blog has the image “VA4BUSINESS.COM”
I am a noob so please make me understand in a layman term.

Hi Steve,
I love Talian (still using 1.0) at this time. I would like to add a logo beside my TItle/Description and I can’t find a way to do this anywhere…I am not highly skilled in CSS…Are you able to point me in the direction of some help?

One more question – I downloaded 2.0 – but I can’t seem to remove the “Advertisment” box on the right side…It doesn’t appear in Widgets. Is there a way to do this? I currently don’t run any ads.

Use your theme for several years, but now I need to add the paging file comment.php comments. it is expressly stated in the codex wordpress to add this string to the file:

However, the paging does not work. Could you help me solve the problem? thanks. :)
