Don’t know copyrighting? Don’t know HTML? Don’t know how to set up an autoresponder? Hate writing and submitting articles? Hate gathering back links or posting in forums?
And, you would absolutely not want to learn anything about those ‘boring’ technical work because you just want to focus on planning or networking or whatever you like to do. In that case hire someone else to do this work for you.
A warning here… some of the work can cost a lot. And some experts will want your soul (figuratively speaking) in exchange for their expertise. But if you know where and how to hire new talents that is less costly, you’ll be able to save yourself a lot of money.
One way you can do is to promise your outsource staff a percentage of the profits when the product starts to sell. That way you don’t have to risk your own money in the first place.
In my first module, I recommended that you only hire people to work for you when you have the money to reinvest. That way you can free up your own time to work on more important things.
Just remember one thing—good workers are hard to come by. So when you finally find one, treasure him and treat him well. Find ways to make good workers stick with you.
