Dear Steve,

Can you please email me, how I will get and approval with Shopzilla? I have visited the website and found 1000′s of products listed with them. I want to start a cosmetic accessory business, like to sell products of shopzilla from my site.

Thank you for sharing such a nice program with us.

This is great news! I’m so interested to join and try shopzilla for my gun accessories products.

Thanks for spreading the good news!

Hi Steve,

thanks a lot for the nice article about the Shopzilla Program. Just wanted to add that we launched the programm for the UK market recently, too. If a website should target primarily visitors from the UK, check out publisher.shopzilla.co.uk.

Hey mate, it seems you really know your stuff, I am using Google Adsense to earn revenue from my blog. are you sure I can use shopzilla together with Adsense? Using the combination of both of them in same website is nothing against TOS?

Hi Diana

Thanks for your time spent on reading this blog post. I see Shopzilla UK blog is now publishing very useful information on using the system.

All i want my readers should be well informed about the possible ways to monetize their site.

Best regrads
Steve.

what are the payment terms ? type of payment options available ? If someone has two accounts and has got $100 in 1st account and $50 in other, will he/she be still eligible to get paid?

March 24th, 2009 @10:19 am

@Zara:

Using adsense with shopzilla is alright as per Shopzilla’s TOS, I didn’t find any terms which prevent you using Shopzilla with any other PPC program. Same way (I Suppose) Google Adsense Tos does not prevent you to use Shopzilla ads.

In short, You can run “ads by Google” and “ads by shopzilla” together in a website.

@ Andar:

I cant understand why you need two accounts at shopzilla for same website? If you are applying for UK Publisher Network, then you need to signup with different e-mail ID (I assume)

With one user account you can run shopzilla ads in as many of websites.

Hi Steve,

Can you tell me the latest payment date for the shopzilla program

Thanks

March 24th, 2009 @4:46 pm

@Bush

Thanks for visiting my blog. Here is the explanations on how and when you will be getting payments from Shopzilla.

Payments are issued to Publishers with accrued balances of least $50 at the end of a reporting month.

Payments are issued monthly, within approximately 30 days from the end of the previous month.

If your account balance is below $50 then payment wont be issues. However if you are an US resident,

  • Payments made within the United States are paid via check.
  • Payments made to Publishers outside the U.S. are paid via Paypal.

@Steve Arun

Regards

March 24th, 2009 @5:10 pm

@Bush,

bush Said,

@Steve Arun,

What i mean is have you received the payment for February earnings

March 24th, 2009 @6:16 pm

@bush,

Yeah, this is what I thought. I am expecting the same in few days. I came to know the reporting system was down for few days and may be some delay (I don’t know) but never mind, i received the payments in past, so I am not much worried.

Also we need to update the sponsor contents links at our site because of some changes in the system. I work on above 1200 pages to update links :p ( may be some delay due to that also)

@Steve Arun

Thanks for your patient answer.
Do you receive the payment via paypal?
Do you remember the payment date for January earnings ?

March 24th, 2009 @6:57 pm

@bush,

I am bit surprised, about your concerns and interest to learn more about my earnings and my payments. (even my date and mode of payments)

Even if I am earning something why should I disclose everything in public blog? All I can confirm that after 3 month’s trial, shopzilla is worth my to invest in ;)

I am not the one who publish “earning claims” at 100′s of mini sites, neither I trust people who claims they earned xxxxx amount of money due to some “secret tactics” (and you will find a fine print link of their so called “earning disclaimer”.

This post means an honest review about Shopzilla’s publisher program which is an absolutely wonderful program and actually paying money to publishers. :)

I have been with Shopzilla since they launched this program and can say I should be rewarded for being a damn guinea pig :o )

The website attached with this post does not run their ads

I am still hoping for their scheme to be a success and can never understand why I stick with them, must be their colourful ads.

From my experience, nothing can compare to AdSense, it rocks. Other publishers like Kontera is going downhill for sure because it’s insulting if you get $5 for 20K page views of quality traffic and their greedy policies (if you wont have $5 in your account we will never pay you).

Well shopzilla is new to me, I will try this network for sure and comeback to you with my view points.

March 28th, 2009 @3:13 am

@A4D

I didnt found any Shopzilla Ad with your site, so that I can’t analyze the placements and relevancy. To me it’s look like a social network and nothing related to shop, this may be one good reason for this.

Try using shopzilla or adsense in any of the shop you own, you will find quality ad delivery. I believe before giving it up one must give it a 2nd try ;)

Looking for an alternative to Adbright, Shopzilla may end my search. At the beginning AdBrite was paying very high rates, but now it’s just ridiculous how they dropped their rates. I used to get around $6 for full page ads per 1,000 impressions and now you don’t even get .50 cents for full page ads of 1,000 impressions. I have removed their ads from my website for now until their rates will be better

I may very well try this program out,but I was hearing from another guy that he was making like 6 cents more per click with Adsense than Shopzilla.I have not heard anything else about it so I hope to hear more feedback in regards to actual users of Shopzilla.

I use the shopzilla publisher program and I dig it. It’s way better than Amazon’s program.
