It is so difficult to remain competitive. I am sure that alot of small business owners can relate to how I feel but I truly wear so many , too many hats in my business. My industry has become highly comoditized and so outsourcing IS having a significant effect on business of all types within almost all industrys. I understand that it is a neccesary part of capitalism but it can be a bitter pill to take! I agree it is very dificult for Small business. It is so difficult to remain competitive.
