It might be cheaper, but their culture is quite different which means you can't be exactly sure what to expect, whereas the UK businesses seem to have a bit more standards. Plus, what are you gonna do when they don't deliver, but take your money, getting your money back isn't that easy then! I think for web development you need proper trained staff.
