Indians will move on, find another options. It’s Paypal who lose its market share in world second fastest growing economy who loses in the end is PayPal and it’s India operations.

No company is greater than its customers. If you don’t care for your customers, no matter how big you are you will fall down.

I will say do not trust Paypal anymore. How the heck funds will be credited to the customers account/senders account? What our clients will think about us when we chase our customers and ask them to make the payment again. They live miles away from us, if they confused on sending money to us, why they will outsource?

If reversals made in mistake, why should they get troubled just because of a silly bug in their system. Its we, Indians will swallow the bitter pill, no one else.

Compare to Paypal, Xoom has a great service to those people who are looking for alternate money transfer option. Very Reliable and I receive my money in 2 days. For me its fast and great service.

Paypal india service is a doom, we did a balance transfer and my bankers has no clue, the ref nos are not traceable at NEFT.

Paypal is convenient since you don’t have to drive to send money, but we would rather drive 60 minutes to bank to wire my providers. I will be assured that they receive the money they badly need. So what the point using Paypal when you aren’t receive money.

I requested the transfer on 29th January, it showed “completed” on 31st January and still i haven’t got the funds to my bank account, $320 reversal made and my account balance is (-ve) 332.26. wtf.
