		<description>It still amazes me that people still tend to use google or yahoo to find a site even tho they know what they are looking for. ie they will quite happily type example.com into google rather than into the url field.

I always tend to look for the words that a competitor is not using that has traffic and try to get them that way.

As far as SEO goes it is easier to rank high for search terms that don't have a lot of competition. 
The more specific the keywords are that you optimize your website for, the better the chances are that you will rank high for them. There are tools available that can take most of the guess work out of SEO. You can read about them at my site.  james-duffield-likes.com
