When approached directly and requested to cease and desist I was told to stick it! Unfortunately the individual involved also owned the hosting company that was hosting the duplicate of my site – so I am left with little choice but to put up with this sh*t!

Being exposed to such under-hand tactics is soul destroying – having spend many monthly painstakingly generating a great website, and all the graphics and content contained within, only to have some low life impersonate us and attempt to ruin our business.

I would love to know what can be done by way of invoking some kind of law (I say this jokingly – this is India we are talking about here after all) to give these thieves their just deserves?

Basically few companies indulge in copying contents and rewriting them for their own site, and it’s highly disappointing.

Once you launch your site, you develop a USP (Unique Selling Preposition) which may gives you edge over competition. Not every one on earth have similar USP and every one should have their own.

I have contacted many companies who claim to be a outsourcing company, but they are still unaware of concepts like KPA or KRA, a further research on contents amused me as some other company have launched similar site way back they started their site.

Who the hell is this “WEBSURFER”. Does he have any sense of what he is talking?
